The Department Chairs Council facilitates communication and collaboration among academic department chairs, addressing issues such as curriculum planning, scheduling, faculty evaluation, and resource needs. It serves as a forum to share best practices, coordinate departmental efforts, and advise academic leadership on instructional matters.
